I found a very accurate website chockfull of wotlk news, facts and rumors. It even boasts live streaming tv of people who are playing the BETA.
Engineers start your drooling as we (most probably) will be able to craft a motorbike with sidecar (woot passengers!!)
Skinning to 450 will award you with a stat buff: Superskinner :-)
Mining will have something similar:Toughneck
plus a nice gimmick: Lolaxe

check the AWESOME stuff engineers get. esspecially the item enchantments, almost makes me wanna get engineering on dart
